Mega Nitro Double Header at Sydney Dragway!

Sydney Dragway is set to host the Gulf Western Oil Nitro Champs from May 3-5, marking a historic moment as Top Fuel Dragsters and Nitro Funny Cars take center stage together for the first time in the NDRC. This event promises to deliver a nitro-fueled spectacle as these 11,000 horsepower machines dominate the track. There's set to be over 40 laps of nitro-powered cars in one weekend!

Joining the show at the Nitro Champs includes the likes of Doorslammer, Pro Mod, Pro Stock, and Top Bike exhibitions, alongside the Aeroflow National Sportsman Championship. 

The introduction of double championship rounds for the Top Fuel category adds a new layer of excitement, with racers competing across Saturday and Sunday for double the points and trophies. This format means the racers and teams will leave absolutely nothing in the tank, and it'll be a weekend of some intense on track action. 

Similarly, the Nitro Funny Car category will see a massive day of qualifying on Saturday followed by three rounds of high-stakes racing on Sunday.

Ticket sales for the event have already begun, with SUPER Early Bird tickets on sale now. These are the cheapest tickets on offer to the massive show and, children under 10 are free. As Sydney Dragway marks its 20th anniversary, this event stands is set to be one of the biggest yet — with the NDRC delievring on the promise of unifying the sport of drag racing. One way forward.
