Top Gear Chopper Crash

As one of the world's highest-budget automotive programs, Top Gear has access to some pretty cool toys. This is not limited to the vehicles they test either, with all sorts of exotic equipment used to capture on film the antics of both the original UK cast and the various international recreations. During the filming of the Korean version of this iconic franchise, things did not go quite to plan and one of these exotic toys was destroyed.

Two helicopter pilots were lucky enough to walk away unscathed after slamming their retired AH1 Cobra attack helicopter into a field in Coolidge, Arizona. The helicopter had been filming a road test of a Corvette before meeting its violent end, an ordeal caught on camera by local man Steve Esparza.
